My notebooks filled with stories and half-storeis, lines and half-lines, and sometimes just words occasionally yield a finished product. As the founder of the Penn & Pencil Club, a creative writing workshop for staff of the University of Pennsylvania, I am encouraged, inspired, and prompted by my fellow members to complete more pieces more often. When I am not writing creatively or thinking about writing creatively I am a professional journalist with expertise in health care writing and writing for executives.
