Faculty services

The Writing Center is pleased to provide a range of writing support services for faculty. These have included:

• individual consultations on designing and staging writing assignments, as well as assessing and responding to them quickly and effectively
• class visits to talk about Writing Center services and locations
• standing appointments for students who need additional support
• Writing Center support for particular assignments
• workshops on writing for your undergraduate or graduate students, such as:
  • planning and organizing a paper
  • working with outside sources
  • writing with power and concision
  • drafting and revision
