Sulfur's Web del Sol home page
Founded at the California Institute of Technology in 1981, Sulfur is now based at Eastern Michigan University. In book format, it appears bi-annually, averages 260 pages per issue, and includes poetry and prose by established and experimental post WWII writers, as well as young and unknown ones, in a context that also includes archival materials (Pound, Williams, Hart Crane, Artaud), translations, artwork, essays, and a 50 page section of reviews and noticings.
Recent issues have featured the following writers and artists: Robert
Duncan, Clayton Eshleman, Charles Olson, Antonin Artaud, Robin Blaser,
Jerome Rothenberg, Jackson Mac Low, Gary Snyder, and Charles
Bernstein, among many others.
