On behalf of the Critical Writing Program and the Center for Undergraduate Research and Fellowships, we would like to ask your help in promoting RES, Penn's interdisciplinary, university-wide undergraduate journal of research. Please circulate the announcements below to your faculty and students:

The new Spring 2005/6 President's Award Volume, Online: http://www.writing.upenn.edu/critical/res/ The President's Award volume features "the best of the best" research projects across the four undergraduate schools each year. A limited number of hard copies of the journal are available. To request one, please email critwrit@writing.upenn.edu and put "res" in the subject header.

Call for Undergraduate Research Projects & Papers: Digital Culture
Our next volume will be a theme-based issue, open to all Penn undergraduates. This year's theme is "Digital Culture." Details and submission guidelines can be found at http://www.writing.upenn.edu/critical/res/digital.html. Deadline for submission: March 1.

Please note that all submissions to the President's Award volume are vetted by faculty; all submissions to the Digital Culture issue are vetted by faculty and peer-reviewed by undergraduates.
