The Position:

The Marketing and Communications Department at the Jewish Museum is offering an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in marketing and communications, and who would like hands-on experience promoting a non-profit art-and-culture museum.

As an intern in the department you will work on a variety of projects that expose you to the major practice areas including public relations, digital marketing, social media, direct mail, and strategic promotions. Tasks will include heavy research, copy drafting, data gathering and analysis. You will be invited to attend department meetings and staff/docent exhibition training.

The intern will receive a museum identification card that allows for free admission to other museums and various discounts.
