ACCESS TO THE TECHNOLOGY

The technology installed in the University Classrooms supports the instructional needs of the teaching faculty.

Information on the components in each of the classrooms can be obtained via the Web (URL http://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/Classrooms.html).

MAINTENANCE OF THE TECHNOLOGY

Staff in Educational Technology Services check the technology weekly, although some key components receive daily attention. If you discover that a components fails to work properly or is broken, please report it immediately via e-mail classrooms@ccat.sas.upenn.edu. We will endeavor to have it repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Be aware that we have limited access to certain classrooms and repairs may take longer than 24 hours. Generally we are scheduled to do repairs late on Friday afternoons.
