Permanent Wave

It is a nice spot
swarming with oxygen
and takes the path
of least time through space.

Geography educates the palate from hunger.
My specimens come to me:

Blue carbon paper floating
                                              down blue sky
lightly crazed all over
                                    and under
fleeting circumstances
there is a living in it.

Picture the author
a scenic vapor alongside,
then you have to eat your lunch alone.

Lower dimensinal analogs
learn to say hello
over the plane.

Any leisure splays fate
                                        seen from abroad
demanding hidden charms.

A creature of weather,
material qualms die down a little.

Though the light changes
chances are the vicinity the
familiar takes will see us through

and what has been so nice
seeing it coming.
