Bibliographic Note:

Separate Way was published by the Objectivist Press in 1936.  Acknowledgement was offered to "the editors of Jewish Frontier and The Menorah Journal for permission to reprint whatever they had used."  The poems were titled but not numbered consecutively, as they are here following the example of the selections printed in the 1962 volume, By the Waters of Manhattan, which also made a few other small revisions.
