Ihan toinen iankaikkisuus (Quite Another Eternity, Otava 1991) was my second coming as a publishing poet, and is now available as a pdf version here. Lyrical in tone, I think it’s focus is on language, or on experiencing, instead of the “content” of the experience, as the publisher’s back cover text already hinted. The volume has been fully translated into English by C. B. Hall in cooperation with the author, and into Swedish by Martin Enckell. The poem “Leikattu kitara”, in English as “A Sliced Guitar”, was published in New European Poets, ed. by Wayne Miller and Kevin Prufer (Graywolf Press 2008).
