It turned out to be no more wacky or unbelievable than my own family life. I read it without my parents&#39; knowledge or permission, just like I read my older brother’s Playboys and my uncles’ pulp westerns. Shakespeare was already deeply embedded in American popular culture by that point. Did you happen to see Mum Puppetheatre&#39;s version?  They&#39;ve been running at the same time.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;PLTC tends towards the safe. I liked the idea of the whole family engaged in a study of Shakespeare through that of the Zukofsky family.  I hope this tri-partite connection continues to be explored in your blog.
