Recognized as a local columnist, Ms. Daisy Fried has also had her work published in several litarary journals including American Poetry Review, Antioch Review, New York Quarterly, Painted Bride Quarterly, Mississippi Mud, Phoebe, New Millenium Writing and Xconnect.

The event will be hosted by Cecily Kellogg and Charlie O'Hay, long-time regulars on the Philadelphia poetry scene and former hosts of the Doc Watson's Writers Series and Underground Voices at the Quarry Street Cafe. The Writers House is located 3805 Locust Walk, on the Penn Campus. An open reading will follow. All are welcome. This is a free event.
