In June of 1997 he launched the GRAMMATRON hypermedia narrative project. Laurel Beckman teaches art at the University of California, Santa Barbara. In addition to her work as publisher, designer and co-editor of metazines Lucky and Joy, her work may be seen Errant Bodies, Journal of Artists' Books, and at Ubuweb, a site devoted to visual, concrete and sound poetry.
