Put out by students at the University of Wyoming, OWR has the up-and-down quality you'd expect from a mix of students, faculty and outside contributors, though lots more "up" than "down." This issue focuses on cultural diversity, with a strong graphic design and artwork spread liberally throughout. Something in here for everyone.--Roger Kyle Keith
