The Working Stiff issue, a thick slab of poems about jobs. Mostly what you'd expect--the job is monotonous, the boss is an asshole--narrative for the most part, plain-spoken and funny/bitter. Slipstream's usual (high) level or quality, no tricks and anxious to communicate. Of course, here in Amerika, you're more likely to be a "working stiff" if you're white and male--that demographic seems to be reflected in the poets (or at least the personae) here.--luigi
