About half of this is devoted to a coupla excerpts from the winners of their annual 3-Day Novel Contest (which i can't quite imagine--what do they do, sit there & watch you while you write?). The rest is fairly straight-talkin' poetry in which work and/or sex seem to be popular subjects. A fine tuff one from Pat McKinnon, consoling his kids in the face of starving "ballooned-out babies" in Africa.--luigi
