I'm not sure whether this is an anthology or a magazine. In either case, it's an interesting collection of mostly otherstream visual and textual works devoted to rearrangements of reality. Among my favorites is a silly-dog comic strip by Liam McDermot in which "Swell Dog," because he is bored, dismantles & then re-assembles himself--ending with a circled frame-number for an eye.--Bob Grumman
