From "Language West and East", August 2, 2001, at Villa Kivi, Helsinki Ääninen 2.0 beta generates new sonnets on the fly Other stuff in English Juanita ja näkökulmia from Kielletyt leikit (1994) was translated by Anselm Hollo as Juanita and Point of Views, whereas Juanita and Point of Views II is my transposition of the same poem into different, English, source material. It was published in 99 poets/1999, a special issue of boundary 2 edited by Charles Bernstein. My collection of poems Ihan toinen iankaikkisuus (1991) is available in English as Quite Another Eternity (translated by C.B. Hall, in cooperation with the author). |
