I’ve been battling bronchitis for several days now and have had to admit to myself that I am not going to be able to make it to New York tomorrow for my reading at the Zinc Bar Sunday evening. I want to apologize to Joel, and to Kim & Joe, and to anyone who was planning on coming to hear me. I actually had pneumonia when I read at the Cue Foundation last April & this is one part of the aging process I utterly despise.
