Other Media & Formats

A SH Anthology, designed & edited by Travis Macdonald & JenMarie Davis, Fact-Simile, no location given (but probably Denver), no date (but 2009). Little gray box, roughly 3 ¼ by 3 ½ by ¾ inches in size, containing 9 texts, each on a sheet of paper with something like a cardboard lollipop stick glued to the top & then rolled into a cigarette shape with three minuscule rubber bands holding it in place. Includes Sara Veglahn, Erik Anderson, Noah Eli Gordon, Elizabeth Robinson, j/j/[pleth, Elizabeth Rollins, Andrew K. Peterson, Selah Saterstrom, Hayes & Cooper & Geoffrey Gatza.

Henry Hills, Selected Films (1977 – 2008), Tzadik Editions, New York 2009. Executive Producer: John Zorn. Includes Porter Springs 3, Kino Da!, Money, SSS, Gotham, Goa Lawah, Bali Mécanique, Little Lieutenant, Porter Springs 4, Electricity and Failed States. DVD of Hills’ most famous films – save maybe for Plagiarism and Emma’s Dilemma, which are not included – in a high-end DVD case. (Full disclosure:I’m a performer in Money)

Max Jacob & Larry Fagin, Two Poems, Cuneiform Press, Brooklyn 2009. “Connaissez-vous Maitre Eckart?” translated & transformed into “Do You Know Kenneth Koch” printed on a single 15 by 9 inch sheet of what appears to be handmade paper, with illustrations of Jacob by Juan Gris & Fagin by George Schneeman, signed by Fagin. Gorgeous & hysterical: “Do you know John Ashbery / in the Divine Sepulchre? / and Clark Coolidge / rumrunner of the soda gong?” Etc.
