Note:  Among the challenges which arise when presenting Larry Eigner's work in print is that it was composed on a typewriter.  When reset into ascii (american standard code for information interchange) format on the computer, slight irregularities from the "original" form inevitably occur.  In this volume, Eigner's work is re-presented as accurately as possible, though the editors are aware of several minor imperfections.
